plus years experience as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant experience required.

Candidate should be a quick learner, articulate, have a professional appearance and demeanor, and above all else, possess excellent phone skills and manners.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: answering multi phone lines, preparing correspondence, maintaining filing system, opening & distributing mail for 18 different entities throughout the company, scanning, creating new files, organizing & scanning bank statements, providing administrative support to the office manager & bookkeeper, ordering supplies, inventory, maintaining & organizing conference room & reception area and several special projects.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and handling a multi-line phone system AMUST; Working knowledge of basic office equipment such as a scanner/ fax/ printer; Ability to maintain a calm and courteous manner; Experience with working with outside vendors and repair personnel; Ability to maintain confidentiality and to prioritize work assignments.

Normal hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and the company offers excellent benefits and a great working environment! This position is paying between $13-$15/hr and is a TEMP to HIRE opportunity.
